Initial meeting
It starts with a 1hr meeting at a location convenient for you. This initial meeting is free and is essential to get to know what your new business is about and what it is trying to achieve – essentially we write the brief for this project during that meeting. Most businesses also gain some valuable insights during this first meeting, so it can be a worthwhile exchange for most startups. In this meeting we will discuss in much more detail, what is entailed in creating the work listed below and the process for working with you, but we have put a bit more flesh on the bones here, so you have an idea what is involved.
Logo
Experts in creating business identities
We will create a logo that answers the brief outlined in our original meeting. We normally expect to present a number of options for your logo, all on brief and right for your business. The chosen logo will be created in all relevant formats suitable for any and all use. These will be passed to you on a usb drive or via an online dropbox service and we always archive these files should you ever need them again.
Website
Your rock solid, responsive and effective online presence
We don’t specify the number of pages you will get in your site, but it will be what you need to represent yourself online in a professional way*. The look and feel of the site will be on brief and will, of course, fit perfectly with the logo we have created.
We will advise and help with the content, site map, user journey and overall communication objective of the site, to ensure maximum retention and engagement by visitors.
It will be created on a content management system, allowing you to make amends to your content once the site is live. We will create the outbound SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) including submitting the site to major search engines. If you have social media presence for your new business, we will link these to your site.
Clearly there is much more to creating a site than we have listed here, but again, this will be discussed at the initial meeting.

Putting your business in their hands
You’ll get a set of business cards, designed and printed to work alongside your new logo and website. Additional sets of cards for other members of the business can be added on later or at the same time, see stationary package below.

Understanding and maximising your marketing
During the process of creating your logo, business cards and website we will be spending time with you both in person and on the phone. As part of this time with you, we allocate at least 2 hours to help you maximise the effectiveness of the work we will be creating for you, either through valuable marketing insight or just common sense business advice from people who have been in your situation.
